Aquesta \u00e9s la idea de les cases passives; passive House en angl\u00e8s o passivhaus en alemany, d\u2019on prov\u00e9 el terme originalment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s Passivhaus<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">El concepte de l\u2019arquitectura passiva (Passive House) <strong>neix de la idea de qu\u00e8, probablement, la despesa energ\u00e8tica i econ\u00f2mica destinades a sistemes de calefacci\u00f3 i aire condicionat s\u00f3n innecessaris<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Es basa en la construcci\u00f3 de cases de baix consum energ\u00e8tic mitjan\u00e7ant, b\u00e0sicament, la minimitzaci\u00f3 de les p\u00e8rdues de calor al m\u00ednim de manera que s\u2019aconsegueixi una sensaci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica agradable i constant independentment de l\u2019\u00e8poca de l\u2019any.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Caracter\u00edstiques d\u2019una Passivhaus<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perqu\u00e8 se la consideri Passive House, existeixen una s\u00e8rie de caracter\u00edstiques. Aquestes son les que aconsegueixen aquest<strong> confort t\u00e8rmic constant<\/strong> del que parl\u00e0vem:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Reducci\u00f3 de p\u00e8rdues de calor<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A la majoria de les cases existeixen fugues d\u2019aire a portes, finestres, escletxes&#8230; <strong>amb un bon a\u00efllament es poden evitar aquestes filtracions<\/strong> que comporten p\u00e8rdues t\u00e8rmiques continues. Una Passive House ha de passar amb nota una prova d\u2019impermeabilitat\u00a0 d\u2019aire.
